Ford / Motorcraft warrants each new & remanufactured part to be free from defects and material workmanship under normal use and service.  Ford / Motorcraft will repair or replace, at its option, any such part that is considered warranty within twenty-four (24) months/Unlimited mileage after the sale.  Products that have been returned within 30 days of purchase and have been determined by Ford / Motorcraft as valid warranty will have the option for full credit of the product. All parts must be returned for warranty evaluation within 30 days of failure and requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by contacting ForDiesels (855-558-1235) and initiating a warranty claim prior to return. ForDiesels.com will need the Order Number and Vehicle Information (VIN #, Year, Make, Model, Eng) to begin the claim process. Replacement parts will be sent using 2 Day shipping (excluding weekends).
